MANAGEMENT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
DAVE ANDERSON -CEO and Chairman
Educated at the University of Utah, with over 10 years professional experience in managing and operating businesses, Dave has worked for companies like Wells Fargo and Investors Alliance Lending (his own company) as a Principal Lending Manager. Dave founded his first company at age 22, which is still in profitable operation. He has also the founding member of a non-profit organization that assists troubled teens .He is an experienced manager of software development and the associated services that they provide and has earned many industry and product certifications over the years. Dave is very fluent in Spanish
JORDAN HEMMING -President and Director
Educated at Utah Valley University, Jordan Managed and built a very successful door to door sales program for Orkin Pest Control from 2003-2007 which generated over $1,000,000 in revenue each quarter. From 2007-2009 he managed a sales team for Pointe pest control and was part owner for the Las Vegas Franchise which eventually sold to Terminex Pest Control for $990,000. Jordan has always been involved in sales and has never failed.
EARL FARNSWORTH, CPA - CFO and Director
Educated at Brigham Young University he graduated with a bachelor’s degree. He received his master’s degree from Southern Utah University. He worked for IHC for 13 years as an accounting manager and office manager. He has owned his own business since 1984 and is a certified public accountant (CPA) registered with the state of Utah.
Kris Sorensen - Secretary and Director
Educated at Brigham Young University Kris received his degree in Information Management. His concentrated areas of study were Information management, business, and marketing with a minor in Japanese. Kris has been written several publications and papers such as: “Conveyance in Training” Guest speaker at the Global Training Convention, Los Angeles, CA 1999, “Training the Trainer: Why So Many Trainers Can’t Train” Paper presented at the Annual Meeting of Training Professionals, New York, NY 1998, and “Marketing in the New Experience Economy” Paper presented to the National Business Expo, Dallas, TX 2009. He has extensive experience in business and in managing and training. He is also conversant in Japanese.
WITALY YATSIK, MBA - CTO and Director
Majoring in Computer Manufacturing at the Kiev Institute of Radio electronics, Mr. Yatsik, with many years practical experience is eminently qualified in:
